If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance you’re living with a chronic condition. I’m guessing that, like me, you’re tired of being held back by your symptoms. You want to feel better in your body, regain confidence in daily tasks, and live a full life again. But maybe you’ve noticed that the less you move, the harder it becomes. Pain makes it difficult to move, and the more you avoid it, the worse it gets trapping you in a never-ending loop of pain and limitation, until it feels like you can’t do anything anymore.
Having battled with chronic pain for years, I knew I needed a new approach. What started as a personal roadmap to break that cycle has grown into a mission to help others do the same making Pilates accessible and sustainable for anyone, no matter where they’re starting from.
Through years of research and collaboration, I’ve created practice-based programs designed to help you move away from pain and toward the life you deserve where you can feel better in your body, more confident, and comfortable every day.
